Where we work.
Seven states. A report has to be signed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the state where the home sits now.
States covered
One engineer of record across all seven, so files in different states get the same report format.
- Missouri
- Arkansas
- Illinois
- Kansas
- Iowa
- Nebraska
- Indiana
Files that cross state lines
A moved home often started in another state.
License follows the home
The engineer must be licensed where the home sits today, whatever state it came from.
Give both locations
The previous site and the current one. The history tells the engineer what to look for.
Outside the seven
The report has to come from an engineer licensed in that state. We say so up front.
Available in every state we cover
Structural integrity inspectionThe post-move inspection and signed report a moved-home condition asks for.
Foundation certificationAn engineer's certification of the foundation at the home's current site.
Re-inspection after correctionsA return visit to confirm the items a first report listed have been corrected.
